Welcome to our NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma for the Early Years Senior Practitioner course, a comprehensive programme designed to enhance leadership and management skills in early years education. Over approximately 18-24 months, this qualification, comprised of 18 mandatory units totaling 90 credits, delves into the complexities of early years practice, pedagogy, and child development.

Our curriculum covers a broad range of topics, including the Early Years Foundation Stage, Special Educational Needs and Disability, safeguarding, and professional development, ensuring a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of the field. The curriculum is designed not only to impart theoretical knowledge but also to provide practical skills necessary for managing early years settings effectively.

 

Participants will engage in various forms of assessment, benefiting from the integration of an online e-learning system. This course is an excellent opportunity for those holding a Level 3 Early Years Diploma and currently in a leadership role, to further their expertise and contribute to higher standards in early years education.
